在新建高等医学院校中,院系的教学质量监控主导性滞后于学校的监控体系,学科专业性不够突出。对此,院系教学管理者要提高责任意识、完善措施,发挥一级院系的监控主导作用,提升本科教学质量水平,为学校赢得竞争优势。

In newly-built high medical science college,the construction of teaching quality monitoring system of institutes and departments is behind that of the whole university.The speciality is less stand out.In order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and gain competitive advantages for the university,members of the teaching management of institutes and departments should take measures to make full play of their monitoring system.
