近年来,为缓解毕业生严峻的就业形势,各级高校都在探索理论与实践相结合的最佳路径。"双基地"建设作为培养教学与实践相结合的先进人才的首要策略已被广大高校广泛应用,具有重要的实践意义。基于此,在"双基地"建设视角下,作为辽宁省省属师范类院校,将以心理学学科特点为依托,以现有的"双基地"教学模式为载体,尝试集人才培养、理论研究和实习实践基地为一体的"三基地"这一实践教学新模式并进行新探索。

In recent years,in order to alleviate the severe situation that the graduates are employed,universities of alll evels are exploring the optimal path by which the theory can combine with the practice.Developing double-base has been widely employed by universities as the primary strategy to cultivate talents who have both the abilities of teaching and practicing.Thus,in the perspective of developing double-base,the Liaoning Normal university as the principal normal university will base on the academic characteristics of psychology,take the teaching mode"double-base"as carrier,and try to explore the new"three-base"teaching mode which has combined the talent cultivation,theoretical research,and base for practice.
