民国时期女子教会大学的本土化演进与意义

Localization of Women Missionary College in the Republic of China

民国时期,女子教会大学的代表金陵女子大学经历了本土化进程,主要体现在学校宗教氛围减弱和社会角色转变两个方面。以金陵女子大学的本土化为个案,探究其本土化原因,可以给我国当前的高等教育国际化一些启示:应当注重树立大学精神,并将高等教育国际化与社会现实需求相结合,在根本上促进我国高等教育向更高层次发展。

This paper attempts to take Jinlin Women's college as a case to investigate the localization of women missionary college in the Republic of China,which was reflected by the decreased religious atmosphere on campus and the transformation of college's social role.This paper proposes two causes of localization,which might shed light on the internationalization of higher education:the establishment of college spirit and the combination of internationalization and China's current demand.
