Optimization Analysis of Talent Cultivation Model for MIB Dual Tutorial System

随着"一带一路"战略实施的不断深入,国际商务人才的需求又出现了一个新的爆发点。培养优质的应用型、专业型国际商务人才至关重要。目前"双导师制"的培养出现了明显的缺位现象,探讨如何进行人才培养模式的优化已经势在必行。本文从"师"、"生"和"体系"3个环节提出模式优化,力求达到双导师制的1+1>2的培养效果。

With the implementation of the"The Belt and Road"strategy,the demand of International business talent has increased rapidly.The cultivation of high quality applied and professional international business talent is very important.At present,the absence phenomenon of"double tutorial system"has appeared obviously.It is imperative to explorehow to optimize the cultivation mode of talents.This paper optimize the model from the3aspects of the teacher,students and systemstriving to achieve the"1+1>2"effect of the dual tutorial system.
