摘要
当前城市轨道交通正处于飞速发展时期,而轨道交通体系人才培养却相对滞后,远远满足不了企业需求。本文通过教学实践探索,调研企业与相关院校,总结经验与不足,探究轨道交通人才培养的新模式。
Talent development lags behind comparatively while Uban Rail Transit is developing rapidly at present,which is vastly outstripped by enterprise needs.The paper summarizes experience and research the new training mode of Talent development though teaching practice,Enterprise and academy.
