高职学生思想教育管理的研究——以印刷技术专业实习管理为例

当代大学生思想政治工作是学生管理工作的重点,也是难点。作为高职院校,有效地将人才素质的培养和专业素质的养成较好地结合更是一个重要课题。笔者从印刷技术专业学生的思想状况入手,认真总结分析造成目前教学状况的原因,最后提出了一些改进思想政治教育的策略。
