电子信息类专业英语教学方法改革研究

Research of Teaching Reformation Methods for Professional English for Electronics and Information Majors

专业英语作为电子信息类专业学生的必修课程,对培养学生的科技英语阅读和写作能力意义重大。然而据调查大部分任课教师表示该门课程十分难上,不知如何来上。本文从教学方法改革的角度出发,将近年来比较有特色的两种教学方法"对分课堂"和"情境教学"应用到电子信息类专业英语教学过程中,以期为有苦恼的任课教师提供切实可行的解决方案。

Professional English is a required course for Electronics and Information Majors.It is important for training the students'reading and writing skills of scientific English.However,it is observed that most teachers of Professional English course state that it is very difficult to teach and they don't know how to teach.In this paper,from the aspect of teaching methods'reformation,two distinctive teaching methods emerging recently which are called"PAD Class"and"Situational Teaching"are used in the teaching process of Professional English for Electronics and Information Majors.It is expected to offer a realistic and effective solution for worried teachers of this course.
