学生创新能力培养的三个构面与教学模式的改进

The Three Aspects of Cultivating Students' Creative Ability and the Improvement of Teaching Modes

学生创新能力培养和创新素质教育直接关系到企业、区域和国家的科技创新能力,是提升国家竞争力的关键性支撑条件。基于对创新能力内涵的剖析,本文指出学生创新能力培养重在学习能力的培养,并将其分为独立思考能力培养、自主学习能力培养和协同学习能力培养三个构面,提出学校应从这三方面构建学生创新能力培养的一体化教学模式。

The cultivation of students'creative ability and the innovation quality education are directly related to the scientific and technological innovation ability of enterprises,regions and countries,and it is the key to enhance the competitiveness of the country.Based on the analysis of the connotation of creative ability,this paper points out that the cultivation of learning ability is the most important thing during the process of cultivating students'creative ability.Such process can be divided into three aspects:training Independent thinking ability,fostering autonomous learning ability and cultivating collaborative learning ability.At last the paper put forward some advices to build and improve the integrated teaching mode for cultivating students'creative ability based these three aspects.
