摘要 强化工程综合实践能力是现代工程教育变革的迫切需要。本文从解决我校工程综合实践课程大规模实践教学与个性化培养要求之间存在的矛盾切入,通过分层分类、丰富多样的工业性实践项目指导方法,以及虚实结合、理论与实践结合的教学方法、科学的教学组织与督导评价方法的探索与实践,明显提高了学生综合实践的主观能动性和课程教学效果。 It is urgent for the reform of modern engineering education to enhance the comprehensive practical abilityof engineering.This paper aims to solve the contradiction between the large scale practice teaching and the individual training needs in our course of comprehensive practice.the students'subjective initiative and teaching effect of the course has been obvious improved by the application of teaching methods including hierarchical classification guidance method in rich variety of industrial practice,the teaching method of combining theory with practice and the combination of virtual reality,the method of scientific teaching organization and supervision evaluation to students.
