摘要
《茶叶生物化学》是一门为茶学专业学生开设的一门专业基础课,是学生知识结构的重要组成部分。一直以来,提高其课程教学质量是茶学专业教师和学生共同关心的话题。本文结合自己的教学探索实践,提出如何更新教学理念,发挥学生的主体性,深化改革教学方法,建立合理评价体系,并在教学中注重师德、关爱学生,从而建造了良好教学氛围,提升了教学效果。
"Tea Biochemistry"course is a professional basic course for students of tea science major.The contents of tea biochemistry course are very important for students'knowledge.For a long time,how to improve teaching quality of tea biochemistry course is a common issue for professional teachers and students of tea science major.In this paper,Combining with ourselvesteaching practice,we proposed how to update our teaching ideas,exert the students'subjectivity,deepen the reform of teaching methods,establish reasonable evaluation system,and pay attention to teachersmorality and their love for students.As a result of the above teaching practices,the good teaching atmosphere of tea biochemistry course was built and teaching quality of it was improved.
