研究面向建材机械行业的过程装备与控制工程专业卓越工程师培养模式,有利于构建更加全面、系统和规范的本科生实践与创新能力培养环境,完善教学与科研有机结合的本科生理论基础与实践能力培养体系。本文从如何发挥行业优势与特色,进一步推进过控专业卓越工程师人才培养模式改革出发,在理论课程教学体系的构建、卓越工程师培养平台建设、校企合作几个方面进行研究与探索,以适应现代社会对创新型高级工程人才培养模式的要求。

Research on training mode for excellent engineers of process equipment and control engineering facing building material and machinery industry is conducive to construct more comprehensive,systematic and standard cultivation environment for undergraduates to practice and innovation.Moreover,it can improve the education system on basic theory and practical ability for undergraduates based on organic combination of teaching with practice.This paperstart with the perspective of exploiting advantages and characteristics of the industry,which is adopted to further promotethe reform of training mode for professional excellence engineers.In order to meet the requirements of modern societyfor the training mode of innovative talents,research and exploration work was carried out from the following aspects:construction of teaching system of theoretical courses,establishing excellent engineers training platform and cooperation between university and enterprise.
