摘要
人类正处在前所未有的全球化快速变革时期,知识的陈旧周期目前已经进一步缩短为3年左右。一方面,新知识、新技术、新发明、新创造的数量迅速增长;另一方面,从发明到应用周期的日益缩短使得知识陈旧周期愈来愈短。因此,人们比以往任何时代更需要不断学习,只有培养起终身学习的意识,才能为今后的个人职业生涯发展奠定良好基础。本文旨在通过比较中西方的终身学习发展现状,提出可供中国终身学习体系完善和发展的可行性意见。
Nowadays,human being is facing an extremely rapid changing global environment,so the refresh period of knowledge is shortened from over10years to around3years.Therefore,life-long learning will be the basis of personal career development,which will also cause people to learn more knowledge than before.This article will compare and contrast current situation of life-long learning development between China and western countries,and then get reasonable and useful conclusion and information of life-long learning and life-long education to develop and improve Chinese relevant theories and practices.
