"通用航空航务技术专业"是伴随我国通用航空产业的发展应时而生的,是新修订的高职专业目录新增专业,国内开设该专业方向的高校仍处于摸索阶段,其人才培养目标与课程体系构建均不成熟。论文在深入调研通用航空行业需求的基础上,以行业岗位工作过程为逻辑起点和主线,将教学内容融入行业标准,构建工作过程系统化、校企联合开发行业岗位能力本位的课程体系,确保通用航空航务技术专业高技能应用型人才培养的质量。

Along with the development of general aviation industry in China,the major of General Aviation Navigational fairs managementappeared,which is in the newlyspecialty catalogue of common higher vocational and professional schools.Nowadays,theconstruction of this major remains at the scrabble stage,objective of cultivating practical talents and the curricula system is not ripe.On the basis of thorough investigation,the paper designed curriculum system based on the working process,which improves the the quality of professional training.
