少数民族地区图书馆专业人才的匮乏已经成为限制图书馆事业发展的瓶颈问题,我们应当对此问题提起注意,将重心放在提升馆员自身素养,提高各项服务技能,特别是在馆藏业务及计算机运用等方面,并且能够对自身知识不断更新换代这几个方面来培养少数民族地区图书馆的服务人才。从而使少数民族地区图书馆馆员队伍得到更好的持续发展。

Library of minority nationality areas the lack of professional talents has become a restrict bottleneck of thedevelopment of the library career,we shall bring an attention to this problem,focus on improve librarian's quality,improve service skills,especially in such aspects as collection of business and computer use,and able to own knowledge constantly updated these aspects to develop regional library service talents of ethnic minorities.So that the minority areas librarian teamget better sustainable development.
