中高职贯通模式实训课程建设的思考与构建

中高职贯通培养模式是根据企业需求,学校教改而产生的一个新颖教学培训模式。中高职贯通在衔接中、高职的专业课程和文化课程具有独特优势,中高职一体化课程设计有利于教学效能,有利于课程设置和专业技能培养的有机结合,为培养高级职业技术人员奠定基础。本文主要对2010年以来上海试行的中高职贯通培养模式进行了简析,并分析了目前该模式下实训课程建设存在的问题和不足,同时提出了相应的课程建设的总体目标和方法。

Higher vocational training mode through is according to the requirements of enterprise,school educational reform and a new teaching mode.Well versed in vocational in cohesion,professional and cultural course in vocational college has unique advantages,the integration of curriculum design in vocational is beneficial to teaching effectiveness,is advantageous to the curriculum and the combination of professional skills,lay a foundation for training senior professional and technical personnel.This article mainly in Shanghai since2010the implementation of higher vocational training mode through has carried on the analysis,and analysis of the current training curriculum construction under the mode of the existing problems and the insufficiency,and puts forward the corresponding method and the overall goal of course construction.
