彩色填充PP油箱护罩料的研制

摘要 选用滑石粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、高岭土、硅灰石五种矿物填料,对比本色填充聚丙烯(PP)预混料经高速混合机混合前后的颜色变化,再经挤出造粒制得黄色填充PP材料,对比测试熔体流动速率(MFR)、力学性能、颜色、表面光泽度及热稳定性。结果表明,经高速混合机混合10 min后,填料为滑石粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡时预混料颜色基本与混合前保持一致,填料为高岭土、硅灰石时预混料颜色明显变深、变黑;填料为硫酸钡时材料的熔体流动性能及综合力学性能更符合通用机械油箱护罩用填充PP材料的技术指标要求,MFR为37 g/10 min,拉伸强度为23.6 MPa,悬臂梁无缺口和缺口冲击强度分别为81.4 k J/m^2和9.7 k J/m^2,热变形温度为109℃;填料为碳酸钙、硫酸钡时材料颜色鲜艳,与标准色板颜色最为接近;填料为硫酸钡时具有最好的表面光泽度;滑石粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡三者比较,当填料为硫酸钡时填充PP材料的热稳定性略好。研制的黄色填充PP材料已应用于通用机械油箱护罩。 Five kinds of mineral fillers such as talc,calcium carbonate,barium sulfate,kaolin and wollastonite,were selected to fill PP,the color changes of the PP filled premix after mixing with the high speed mixer were contrasted.The yellow filled PP materials were obtained by extrusion granulation,the melt flow rate,mechanical properties,color,surface gloss and thermal weight loss analysis were tested.The results show that after mixing by a high speed mixer for10min,when the filler is talc,calcium carbonate,barium sulfate,the color of premix is basically the same as before mixing;when the filler is kaolin and wollastonite,thecolor of premix becomes darker and darker.When the filler is barium sulfate,the melt flow property and mechanical properties of the material are more in line with the technical specifications of the filled PP material for general mechanical tank cover,the melt flowrate is37g/10min,the tensile strength is23.6MPa,the izod and notched izod impact strength are81.4kJ/m2and9.7kJ/m2,the heat distortion temperature is109℃.The material has a bright color when the filler is calcium carbonate and barium sulfate,and the color is closest to the standard color plate.The material has the best surface gloss when the filler is barium sulfate.Compared with talc,calcium carbonate,barium sulfate,when the filler is barium sulfate,the thermal stability of filled PP material is slightly better.Developed yellow filled PP material has been applied to the general mechanical tank cover.
