3种植物生长调节剂对细叶云南松幼苗抗逆生理的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究植物生长调节剂(NAA、IBA、GA3)对细叶云南松(Pinus yunnanensis var.tenuifolia)幼苗抗逆性生理的影响,通过测定相关生理生化指标,选出有效促进细叶云南松幼苗生理特性的生长调节剂种类和浓度。结果表明:随NAA、IBA、GA3浓度的增加细叶云南松针叶过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性呈先上升后下降趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈上升趋势,且显著大于对照。而丙二醛(MDA)含量出现先下降后上升趋势,脯氨酸(Pro)含量为先上升后下降趋势;NAA-30 mg/L对MDA含量抑制能力最强,而对脯氨酸含量促进效果最好,与对照呈现极显著差异。综合分析显示,浓度为30 mg/L的NAA对增强细叶云南松综合抗逆生理特性效果最佳。 In order to study the effects of different concentrations of NAA (NAA), indole butyric acid (IBA), gibberellin (GA3) onPinus yunnanensis var.tenuifolia seedling leaves; by measuring the leaf protective enzyme activity, malondialdehyde (MDA), index of praline and chlorophyll content, which effectively promote the growth regulator type and concentration ofPinus yunnanensis var.tenuifolia seedlings. The results showed that the activity of POD, SOD, APX.Pinus yunnanensis seedling leaves increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of NAA and IBA, GA3 concentration. The activity of CAT InPinus yunnanensis var.tenuifolia seedling leaves kept increased. The activity can be significantly greater than the control. The content of MDA decreased first and then increased, the change of proline content was first increased and then decreased, the inhibition ability of NAA-30 mg/L on MDA was the highest, and had best effect on proline content promorion, which was significantly lower than that of CK. In summary, the concentration of 30 mg/L NAA had the best effect on the leaves ofPinus yunnanensis var.tenuifolia seedlings comprehensive physiological characteristics of stress resistance.
