中小城市与中心城市合作模式探索——以深汕特别合作区为例

Exploration on the Cooperation Mode between Small and Medium Sized Cities and Central Cities: Take Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone(SSSCZ) as an Example

新常态下,中小城市尤其是落后不发达城市经济增长与周边发达或中心城市的区域协调发展,有望打造新的区域增长极,为经济增长和转型提供新动能。本文以深汕特别合作区这一正在建设的未来现代城市为例,分析了创新驱动的内涵和模式、创新区域合作的新模式及对区域协调发展的意义,以期为城市发展提供一定的启示意义。

In the current macroeconomic context,The economical growth of backward medium and small cities,coordinated development with neighboring developed regions or cities,is becoming the focus of attention,which is expected to create a new regional growth poles,providing new momentum for the macro-economic growth and transformation,The Shenzhen-Shantou Special cooperation zone(SSSCZ),is the very example.Take SSSCZ as an example,this paper analyze innovation-driven modes、the new model of innovative regional cooperation and its meaning for regional harmonious development.The last part of this article,is the policy implications.
