Event-Path Analysis: Perspective of Paradox and Existentialism

外部环境的复杂多变使得组织面对的不确定性和矛盾变得更加突出,事物为什么以及如何可以在动态复杂的条件下实现潜在的释放?发现更合适的方法去研究这样的问题成为必要。我们认为,矛盾与悖论贯穿于事物的整个发展过程,而事件构成了事物存在展开的过程与情景。我们持续探索一种事件路径分析方法,该方法以整体的组织事件为线索,从事物整体过程中的事件解析出矛盾的维度,进而呈现事件数据所隐含的过程路径,以发现事物演变的潜在过程规律。

The complexity and variety of the external environment makes organization face the more uncertainty and contradiction.Why and how can things release the potential under dynamic complex conditions?It is necessary to discover a more suitable method to carry out these researches.In our view,the contradiction persistthe whole process of the development of things,and the events constitute the process and situation of the development of things.We continuously explore an event path analysis method.It takes overall events as a clue,carrying on the overall analysis of dimensions including contradictions in the process of the event,thereby rendering the process path to find the latent process of evolution and development.
