摘要
学术特区是近年来国内部分高校为加强人才培养和基础研究,借鉴世界一流大学成功经验而进行的新体制机制探索与实践,建设学术特区是提升高校学术水平的有效途径之一。简要剖析国内高校体制机制存在的主要问题,在调研美国加州理工学院运行模式基础上总结高校学术特区的内涵和特征,介绍四所国内高校学术特区的建设情况及相关体制机制,对学术特区建设提出若干思考和建议。
The special academic zone,as a new system exploration and practice,is built to strengthen the personnel training and the basic research in some domestic universities recently by learning the success experience of world first classic universities.Constructing the special academic zone is one of the useful ways to increase the academy level of a university.In this paper,the problems on the running system of domestic universities are analyzed briefly.Based on the study of the advanced human system of California Institute of Technology,the definition and the characteristics of the special academic zone are summarized.Four special academic zones with their related running systems in four domestic universities are introduced respectively.Some suggestions on the construction of the academic special zone are put forward at last.
