小儿热性惊厥与常见微量元素锌铁铜的相关性探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨小儿热性惊厥与常见微量元素锌铁铜的相关性。方法选择105例热性惊厥患儿为A组,选择同期90例上呼吸道感染发热无惊厥患儿为B组,169例体检正常儿童为C组。对三组血清锌、铁、铜和红细胞(RBC)常数进行检测,观察检测结果。结果 A组、B组和C组儿童的血清铁水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=9.443,P<0.05)。C组血清锌水平最高,其次为B组,A组最低,比较差异有统计学意义(F=10.412,P<0.05)。三组儿童的血清铜比较,差异无统计学意义(F=3.032,P>0.05)。A组的RBC、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)和平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)最低,其次为B组,最高的为C组,比较差异有统计学意义(F=8.124、8.432、9.031、8.331、9.321,P<0.05)。结论微量元素与热性惊厥紧密相关。儿童缺少铁、锌可能会诱导热性惊厥,因此,在小儿成长的过程中,要注意营养的补充,合理、健康的喂养,多补充微量元素,保证小儿的正常发育,可有效预防热性惊厥。 Objective To explore the correlation between infant febrile convulsion and common trace elements zinc,iron and copper.Methods There were105febrile convulsion children as group A,concurrent90upper respiratory tract infection and fever children without convulsion as group B,and169physical examination normal children as group C.Detection were made on constant of serum zinc,iron,copper and red blood cells(RBC),and the detection results were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in serum ironlevel in group A,group B and group C(F=9.443,P<0.05).Group C had the highest serum iron level,followed bygroup B,and group A had lowest level.Their difference had statistical significance(F=10.412,P<0.05).There wasno statistically significant difference in serum copper(F=3.032,P>0.05).Group A had lowest RBC,hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)and mean corpuscular-hemoglobinconcentration(MCHC),followed by group B,and group C had highest level.Their difference had statisticalsignificance(F=8.124,8.432,9.031,8.331,9.321,P<0.05).Conclusion The trace elements is closely relatedto thermal convulsions.Lack of iron and zinc in children may induce febrile convulsion,therefore,in the processof children’s growth,more attention should be payed to nutrition supplement,reasonable and healthy feeding,more added trace elements,so as to ensure normal development of children,and it is effective in preventing febrile convulsions.
