临床药师在抗菌药物临床应用管理中的实践和作用

Practice and effect of clinical pharmacist in clinical application and management of antibacterial agents

目的探讨临床药师参与抗菌药物临床应用管理的实践意义及其作用。方法 90例院内感染患者作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。所有患者均接受基础性治疗,对照组仅接受常规抗菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受临床药师干预治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、药物不良反应发生情况及其用药不合理情况。结果经治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(71.11%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药后不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(48.89%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药不合理发生率(22.22%)低于对照组(64.44%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师参与抗菌药物临床应用管理可显著提高院内感染患者的临床治疗效果,减少用药后不良反应和用药不合理情况。

Objective To explore the practice significance of clinical pharmacist in clinical application and management of antibacterial agents and its effect.Methods A total of90nosocomial infection patients as study subjects were divided by admission order into observation group and control group,with45cases in each group.All patients received basic treatment,and the control group received conventional antibiotic therapy.The observation group received clinical pharmacists intervention treatment.Comparison were made on clinicalcurative effect,adverse drug reactions and irrational medication in two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had clearly higher total effective rate(95.56%)than the control group(71.11%),and thedifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions(6.67%)after meditation than the control group(48.89%),and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had lower irrational medication rate(22.22%)than the control group(64.44%),andthe difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacist participating in clinical application and management of antibacterial agents can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of nosocomial infection patients and reduce adverse reactions after meditation and irrational medication.
