结直肠癌患者围手术期使用微生态制剂已经越来越受到重视。目前认为微生态制剂具有改善肠道菌群,保护肠屏障,减少术后感染,改善围手术期胃肠功能及生活质量等作用,对疾病的治疗进程及预后具有重要意义。今后应该加强围手术期应用微生态制剂的临床研究,为进一步推广实施建立循证基础。

Perioperative use of microbial agents in colorectal cancer patients have been paid moreand more attention recently.It is thought that microecological preparation has the functions of improvingintestinal flora,protecting intestinal barrier,reducing postoperative infection,improving perioperativegastrointestinal function and quality of life,and is of great significance to the treatment process and prognosis.In the future,we should strengthen the clinical research of perioperative application of probiotics and establishthe evidence-based basis for the further popularization and implementation of microecological preparations.
