摘要
目的探讨肠内营养联合双套管持续冲洗低负压引流在直肠癌术后吻合口漏治疗中的应用价值。方法选取徐州医科大学附属淮安医院胃肠外科2010年1月至2015年12月的97例行直肠癌根治术(Dixon)的患者,对其预防性放置双套管,并对术后发生吻合口漏的患者采用肠内营养联合双套管持续冲洗负压吸引的方法进行治疗,并对结果进行总结。结果 97例手术的直肠癌患者中,12例术后出现吻合口漏,经肠内营养联合双套管持续冲洗负压吸引后全部治愈。结论实施双套管引流及肠内营养支持对于促进漏口愈合、改善预后具有重要意义,值得早期使用。
Objective To investigate the application of enteral nutrition combined with doublecannula douche and negative pressure drainage in the treatment of anastomotic fistula after resection forrectal cancer.Methods A retrospective study was performed among97patients who underwent radicalresection for rectal cancer from January2010to December2015.All97patients were positioned doublecannula drainage under the anastomotic after resection.Once the fistula happened,patients were received thecontinuous double cannula douche and enteral nutrion timely.Results The fistula was happened in12of97patients underwent radical resection for rectal cancer,and all patients recovered from the double cannuladouche and negative pressure drainage combined with enteral nutrition.Conclusions The application ofdouble cannula drainage and enteral nutrition was worth of early use when anastomotic fistula happened,which could promote the healing of fistula and improve the prognosis.
