复发肠癌多学科诊治一例报道

Multidisciplinary treatment of recurrent colorectal cancer: a case report

近年来,结直肠癌的发病率呈现显著上升态势,且肠癌术后复发概率高达50%以上,随着多学科团队(MDT)治疗模式的普及,以及MDT讨论下的局部复发肠癌再手术的开展,使得结直肠癌患者在得到最佳治疗的同时,显著延长了结直肠癌患者生存期。此例直肠癌患者自初次手术至今已达11.5年,尽管最终患者仍出现疾病进展,但在MDT多学科诊治模式下,经历了8次手术,3次化疗,2次放疗,显著延长了患者生存期。本文就此例患者诊治过程中的一些经验和体会予以总结和分享。

In recent years,the incidence of colorectal cancer showed a significant upwardtrend,and the probability of postoperative recurrence was as high as50%.With the popularization of themultidisciplinary team treatment(MDT)model,and the reoperation of local recurrence of colorectal cancerunder MDT,the patients of colorectal cancer receive optimal treatment and significantly longer survival.Therectal cancer patient in this paper have survived for11.5years since the first operation.Although the patienteventually had disease progression,but the survival was significantly prolonged under the MDT model,afterundergoing operations for eight times,chemotherapy for three times and radiotherapy for two times.In thispaper,we will summarize the diagnosis and treatment and share some experience.
