摘要
目前2G网络具有较完善的话音评价体系,可比较客观地反应客户的感知,能有效定位和解决话音问题。但是以数据业务为主的4G网络对于客户感知的体现尚有不足,4G网络问题涉及端到端的网元,问题定位缺少有效的方法流程。本文主要是提出了一种基于信令的4G网络用户感知分析评估方法,同时给出了对应的端到端问题的定位流程。
Right now,2G network has mature speech-evaluation system,that can objectively reaction user perception,and effectively locate and solve the problem of voice.However,4G network in which data services is the main is lack of perceptional evaluation,and4G network problems involve the end-to-end network elements,with no effective way to locate.This paper mainly presents a evaluation method of4G network users perception based on signaling analysis,and correspondingly presents locating processes of end-to-end network problem.
