摘要
针对体育院校场馆后勤保障管理工作在办公室管理工作中的自身特殊性,结合大数据信息化的时代背景,采借管理学手表理论和剃刀定律,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、管理分析法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,在系统论的指导下,从人员素质、管理信息化对体育院校场馆后勤保障管理工作进行―冷‖思考。研究表明:(1)场馆后勤保障管理工作在为教学和学生服务中存在的矛盾;(2)对全心全意服务的特点和奉献精神的反思;(3)健全体制下,如何增强服务效率。通过总结性的思考研究,从而为体育院校场馆后勤保障管理工作的开展提供思辨性参考,对高校场馆管理的发展提供理论性支撑与实践性借鉴。

We are thinking from the personnel quality, management informatization of sports colleges and universities stadiums logistics management. Researches show: A Venues in logistics management for the contradictions existing in teaching and students services; B The think of service and dedication to the characteristics of heart and soul; C Under the compete system, how to enhance the service efficiency.Research through the summary of thinking, which for the sports colleges and universities stadiums provide intelligent reference for the management of logistics, the development of venue management in colleges and universities provide theoretical support and practical reference.
