摘要
针对传统教具功能单一、无法展示运动过程等问题,介绍了一种专门用于机械设计基础课程的组合传动机构创新教具。该教具通过特定的组合方式,将带轮机构、齿轮传动机构、行星轮系、曲柄滑块机构、螺旋机构、蜗轮蜗杆机构、凸轮机构等课程涉及的基本机构组合在一起,并使用同一个电机驱动,实现了机构的同步运转。通过调速电路控制电机的转速,使传动机构可以在不同的速度下运转,从而满足教学需要。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional teaching aids were single in functions,and could not show the processof the movement,a combined transmission innovativeteaching aidsused for the course of Basis?of Mechanical Designinghad beenintroduced.The basicmechanisms including belt gearsmechanism,gears transmission mechanism,planetary gearssystem,crankslider mechanism,screw mechanism,turbo and worn mechanism,cam mechanism which related to the course were combinedby the teaching aid,and achieved the function that the mechanisms were running simultaneously by driven by a same motor.The transmission mechanisms could run bydifferent speeds because of the controlling action of the circuit board,at last theteaching needs were satisfied.
