腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科中的应用效果

Application effect of laparoscopic technique in department of urology

目的:探讨腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科中的应用效果。方法:收治泌尿外科疾病患者63例,采用腹腔镜技术治疗。结果:手术一次成功率92%(58/63),平均手术时间(80±26)min,平均出血量(40±25)m L,并发症发生率17%(11/63)。结论:单孔腹腔镜技术能缓解术后疼痛,提升美容效果。

Objective:To explore the application effect of laparoscopic technique in department of urology.Methods:63patients with urological diseases were selected.They were treated with laparoscopic technique.Results:The success rate of operation with one time was92%(58/63);the mean operation time was(80±26)minutes;the average bleeding volume was(40±25)mL;the incidence of complications was15%(11/63).Conclusion:Single port laparoscopic technique can relieve postoperative pain and improve cosmetic effect.
