逆行切除在肺癌手术治疗中的应用研究

Application of retrograde resection in surgical treatment of lung cancer

目的:探讨逆行切除在肺癌手术治疗中的效果。方法:收治肺癌患者68例,随机分成研究组与对照组各34例。研究组给予逆行切除术治疗,对照组选取传统手术治疗。结果:研究组切除率及术后生存率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者死亡率及不良反应率较对照组均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:逆行切除手术治疗肺癌临床疗效显著,可提高治疗效果,且安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the effect of retrograde resection in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:68patients with lung cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with34cases in each group.The study group was treated with retrograde resection,while the control group was treated with conventional surgery.Results:The resection rate and survival rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mortality and adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Retrograde resection for the treatment of lung cancer has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the therapeutic effect,and it is safe and reliable.
