瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚用于甲状腺切除手术麻醉的疗效

Curative effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in the anesthesia of thyroidectomy

目的:探究瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚用于甲状腺切除手术麻醉的治疗效果。方法:收治甲状腺切除手术患者78例,作为分析对象,将所选的患者随机分为对照组和探究组,每组39例。对照组在甲状腺切除手术中使用常规的麻醉方法,探究组使用瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚为患者麻醉,比较两组患者的苏醒情况和术后的不良反应。结果:探究组的苏醒时间明显优于对照组,而且不良反应也较少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚应用于甲状腺切除手术中,患者呼吸恢复时间短,发生不良反应的概率低,和常规的麻醉方法相比安全性更高,在甲状腺切除手术中值得被广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the treatment effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in the anesthesia of thyroidectomy.Methods:78patients with thyroidectomy were selected,as the analysis objects.The selected patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with39cases in each group.The control group was given routine anesthesia in thyroidectomy.The study group was given remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia for patients.According to the recovery and postoperative adverse reactions of patients,the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery and postoperative adverse reactions of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of remifentanil combined with propofol in thyroidectomy,the respiratory recovery time of patients was shorter,the incidence of adverse reactions was low,and the safety performance was higher than that of conventional anesthesia.It is worthy of wide application in thyroidectomy.
