摘要
目的:探讨持续床旁血液透析在ICU中的应用效果。方法:收治ICU进行床边血液透析患者68例,分析患者的治疗情况。结果:治疗后,患者的血压和心率较治疗前明显降低,血气指标均发生显著变化(P<0.05)。结论:持续床旁血液透析在ICU中的应用效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous bedside hemodialysis in ICU.Methods:68patients with continuous bedside hemodialysis in ICU were selected,and we analyzed the patient's treatment.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure and heart rate of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the blood gas indexes were significantly changed(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of continuous bedside hemodialysis in ICU was significant.
