摘要
目的:探讨复方去氧孕烯片治疗人工流产术后月经不调的效果。方法:收治人工流产患者180例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方去氧孕稀片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间、月经不调例数和患者满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方去氧孕烯片治疗人工流产术后月经不调的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of desogestrel tablets in the treatment of abnormal menstruation after artificial abortion.Methods:180patients with artificial abortion were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group added desogestrel tablets on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,the number of patients with abnormal menstruation and patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of desogestrel tablets in the treatment of abnormal menstruation after artificial abortion was significant.
