中药外敷加理疗联合抗生素及中成药治疗盆腔炎性疾病57例疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine and physical therapy combined with antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease in 57 cases

目的:分析中药外敷加理疗联合抗生素及中成药治疗盆腔炎性疾病的疗效。方法:收治盆腔炎患者57例,随机分为两组。对照组给予抗生素常规治疗,试验组在抗生素及中成药治疗的基础上联合中药外敷加理疗。观察并记录两组的治疗效果,对两组数据进行对比分析。结果:试验组痊愈24例,明显高于对照组(12例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率82.14%,试验组有效率100.00%,明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷加理疗联合抗生素及中成药治疗盆腔炎的效果显著优于单用抗生素。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine and physical therapy combined with antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:57patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine antibiotictreatment.The experimental group combined with external application of Chinese medicine and physiotherapy on the basis of antibiotics and Chinese medicine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and recorded,and the data ofthe two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:In the experimental group,24cases were cured,which was significantly higherthan that of the control group of12cases,with significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was82.14%,and the effective rate of the experimental group was100.00%,which significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicine and physical therapy combined with antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease was significantly better than the single use of antibiotics.
