布拉氏酵母菌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of saccharomyces boulardii combined with Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of children with functional recurrent abdominal pain

目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛的疗效。方法:收治功能性再发性腹痛患儿100例,随机分成参考组和治疗组各50例。参考组给予醒脾养儿颗粒用药治疗;治疗组在参考组基础上联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗。对两组患儿的疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于参考组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的腹痛评分明显低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:布拉氏酵母菌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛可获良好的疗效。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of saccharomyces boulardii combined with Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of children with functional recurrent abdominal pain.Methods:100children patients with functional recurrent abdominal pain were selected.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the treatment group with50cases in each.The reference group was given Xingpi Yanger granule treatment.The treatment group was given combined with saccharomyces boulardii treatment on the basis of the reference group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of children with functional recurrent abdominal pain can get a good curative effect.
