普洱地区干部职工健康体检结果分析

Analysis of health examination results of cadres and workers in Puer area

目的:探究普洱地区干部职工健康状况。方法:对体检的1 495名干部职工进行结果分析,对慢性疾病的分布情况进行统计,探究在不同性别、年龄人群中的检出率。结果:无慢性疾病或者指标异常共729例(48.76%),而慢性疾病或者指标异常数量为1种、2种、3种以及3种以上的例数分别为184例、192例、226例、164例。将所有检出异常的项目按照检出率由高到低的顺序进行排序,其占比如下:高TC(28.90%)、高尿酸(28.83%)、脂肪肝(23.21%)、高TG(21.94%)、高血压(21.47%)、高血糖(17.79%)。男性体内TC、TG水平明显高于女性;男性脂肪肝以及高血压的检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本次研究人群中有超过一半的人存在慢性疾病或者指标异常,而慢性病以及指标异常超过3种的受检者为10.97%,故在普洱市应当倡导进行定期体检和检后健康管理。

Objective:To explore the health status of cadres and workers in Pu'er district.Methods:The results of1495cadres and workers were analyzed,and the distribution of chronic diseases was statistically analyzed,to explore the detection rate in different gender and age groups.Results:There were no chronic diseases or abnormal indexes in729cases(48.76%).And the number ofchronic diseases or abnormal indicators for1,2,and more than3kinds of cases were184cases,192cases,226cases and164cases respectively.All items with abnormalities were sorted in descending order of detection rate,which was as follows:high TC(28.90%),high uric acid(28.83%),fatty liver(23.21%),high TG(21.94%),hypertension(21.47%),hyperglycem(17.79%).The levels of TC andTG in male were significantly higher than those in female and the detection rate of fatty liver and hypertension was higher than that of female,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:More than half of the people in the study had chronic disease or abnormal indicators,and chronic diseases and abnormal index of more than3of the subjects of the10.97%,so in Pu'er City should promote regular physical examination and post-check health management.
