替加环素治疗广泛耐药肺炎克雷白杆菌肺炎2例体会 被引量:4

摘要 肺炎克雷白杆菌是呼吸道感染最常见的致病菌之一,也是临床上最常见的耐药菌之一,替加环素对肺炎克雷白杆菌有较好的抑制作用。本文总结替加环素治疗广泛耐药肺炎克雷白杆菌肺炎2例的体会。 Klebsiella pneumoniae is one of the most common pathogenic bacteria in respiratory tract infection.It is also one of the most common drug resistant bacteria.Tigecycline has a good inhibitory effect on Klebsiella pneumonia.In this paper,the author summarized the experience of tigecycline in the treatment of2patients with extensively drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia.
