摘要
目的:分析中耳炎乳突根治术治疗过程中围术期护理干预模式对患者舒适度及满意度的影响。方法:80例中耳炎乳突根治术患者分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期护理干预模式,分析两组患者的临床护理效果以及相关指标。结果:观察组的舒适度以及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在中耳炎乳突根治术治疗过程中,围术期护理干预模式能够进一步提高患者的舒适度,促进服务质量提升。
Objective:To analyze the influence of perioperative nursing intervention on the comfort and satisfaction of patients in the treatment process of otitis media mastoidotympanectomy.Methods:80patients with otitis media mastoidotympanectomy were divided into the observation group and the control group with40cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect and related indicators were analyzed between group.Results:The comfort and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment process of otitis media mastoidotympanectomy,the perioperative nursing intervention model can further improve the comfort of patients,promote service quality improvement.
