人文关怀在重症监护室护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of humanistic care in intensive care unit

目的:观察和分析人文关怀在重症监护室护理当中的临床应用效果。方法:收治重症患者80例,随机平分两组,对照组进行常规重症护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予人文关怀。对比两组患者经过护理后的护理效果、护理满意度。结果:经过护理后,观察组的护理效果和护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于在重症监护室进行治疗的患者,在常规重症护理干预的基础上,对患者给予人文关怀,能够有效降低重症患者的抑郁焦虑评分,改善患者的心理状态,提高护理和治疗的效果,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of humanistic care in intensive care unit.Methods:80cases of severe patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effectand nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients treated in intensive care units,on the technical basis of the routine nursing intervention,humane care can effectively reduce the severe patients with depression and anxiety score,improve the psychological state of patients,improve the effect of nursing and treatment,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
