关节镜下治疗前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折的护理

Nursing of arthroscopic treatment of anterior cruciate ligament tibial check point avulsion fracture

目的:探讨关节镜下治疗前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折的有效护理方法。方法:收治前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折患者58例,随机均分为两组,分为观察组和对照组各29例。对照组给予常规的护理方法,观察组给予优质护理。对两组患者的护理满意度及护理有效率进行比较。结果:观察组的护理有效率96.55%,明显高于对照组的82.75%,且观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折患者采用优质护理的手段可以很好地提升患者的护理满意度,减少并发症与不良反应的发生,有效提高手术的安全性,加快患者恢复的速度,从而有效地提高患者的临床治疗效率。

Objective:To explore the effective nursing method of arthroscopic treatment of anterior cruciate ligament tibial check point avulsion fracture.Methods:58patients with anterior cruciate ligament tibial check point avulsion fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group with29cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing.The nursing satisfaction and nursing effective rate were compared between groups.Results:The nursing effective rate of the observation group was96.55%,which was significantly higher than82.75%of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that ofthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing for patients with anterior cruciate ligament tibial check point avulsion fracture can well improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,reduce adverse reactions and complications,effectively improve the safety of the operation,accelerate the recovery speed of patients,so as to effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency of patients.
