疼痛护理干预措施对降低骨质疏松腰背部疼痛的有效性研究

Nursing intervention on reducing the pain of lumbar and back caused by osteoporosis

目的:探讨疼痛护理干预措施对降低骨质疏松腰背部疼痛的效果。方法:收治骨质疏松腰背部疼痛患者90例,按照护理差异分为甲组和乙组各45例,分别给予基础护理和疼痛护理。结果:护理后,乙组疼痛评分明显少于甲组,乙组护理满意率明显高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论:对骨质疏松腰背部疼痛患者应用疼痛护理干预,能有效提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on reducing the pain of lumbar and back caused by osteoporosis.Methods:90patients with lumbar and back pain caused by osteoporosis were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group according to the different nursing,with45cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were given basic nursing and pain care respectively.Results:After nursing,pain scale in the B group was significantly less than in the A group,and nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than in the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of pain nursing intervention on patients with osteoporosis lumbar back pain can effectively improve the life quality of patients.
