社区综合防治对骨质疏松性腰背痛的效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of community comprehensive prevention and treatment on low back pain of osteoporosis

目的:探讨社区综合防治工作对于骨质疏松性腰背痛的干预效果。方法:收治骨质疏松性腰背痛患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组不进行综合干预,观察组给予抗骨质疏松治疗,并进行系统的腰背肌训练。结果:观察组患者Qswestry功能障碍指数、腰背肌力、疼痛加重次数、新发椎体骨折等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在社区对骨质疏松性腰背痛患者采用社区综合防治措施进行干预,能够有效缓解患者腰背疼痛,改善生活质量,减少出现椎体骨折情况。

Objective:To investigate the effect of community comprehensive prevention and treatment on the patients with low back pain caused by osteoporosis.Methods:86patients with low back pain of osteoporosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with43cases in each group.The control group without comprehensive intervention,while in the observation group patients were given anti osteoporosis treatment,and the system of low back muscle training.Results:Qswestry dysfunction index,back muscle strength,the number of pain exacerbation,new vertebral fractures in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community based comprehensive prevention and control measures for osteoporosis patients with low back pain,can effectively alleviate the low back pain of patients,improve their quality of life,and also reduce the incidence of vertebral fractures.
