基层社区卫生服务中心妇科疾病普查结合健康教育对辖区育龄妇女健康促进的影响

Influence of gynecological disease census combined with health education on the health promotion of fertile woman in basic level community health service center

目的:探讨基层社区卫生服务中心妇科疾病普查结合健康教育对辖区育龄妇女健康促进的影响。方法:对1 726例育龄妇女进行妇科疾病普查,统计妇科疾病患病率。同时开展健康教育,随机选取200例育龄妇女,对比教育前后参与意愿及妇科疾病知识掌握情况。结果:1 726例育龄妇女参与妇科疾病筛查,查出各类妇科疾病822例(47.62%)。健康教育前妇科疾病普查参与愿意率34.5%,健康教育后81.5%(P<0.05)。健康教育后妇女态度和卫生行为、健康知识、普查意义及预防方法得分均明显高于健康教育前(P<0.05)。结论:妇科疾病普查结合健康教育可提高社区育龄妇女普查意愿和健康知识水平,从而改变态度和行为,对女性的健康具有积极的促进作用。

Objective:To explore the influence of gynecological disease census combined with health education on the health promotion of fertile woman in basic level community health service center.Methods:1726cases of fertile women were given gynecological disease census,and the prevalence rate of gynecological diseases was given statistics.At the same time,the health education was carried out,and200cases were randomly selected.The willingness to participate and the knowledge mastery of gynecological diseases were compared before and after the education.Results:1726cases of fertile women participated ingynecological disease screening,detection of various gynecological diseases in822cases(47.62%).The participate willingness rateof gynecological disease census before health education was34.5%,and that after health education was81.5%(P<0.05).Thewomen's attitude and health behavior,health knowledge,census significance and prevention method score after health education were significantly higher than those before health education(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gynecological disease census combined with health education can improve the census will ingness and health knowledge level of community fertile woman,so as to change the attitudes and behavior,and it has a positive promoting effect on women's health.
