Clinical therapeutic effect of acute angina pectoris in department of cardiology

目的:探讨心内科急性心绞痛患者的临床治疗效果。方法:收治急性心绞痛患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上加用氯吡格雷,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规药物联合氯吡格雷治疗急性心绞痛的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of acute angina pectoris in department of cardiology.Methods:100 patients with acute angina were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine drugs.The observation group added clopidogrel on the basis of conventional drugs treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of conventional medicine combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute angina pectoris was significant.
