闭合复位交锁髓内钉与微创锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的临床疗效对比

Clinical curative effect comparison of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive locking plate fixation in the treatment of middle and distal tibiofibula fracture

目的:探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉与微创锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治胫腓骨中下段骨折患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗,观察组给予微创锁定钢板内固定治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:闭合复位交锁髓内钉、微创锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折各有其优势,但是微创锁定钢板内固定治疗优势更明显。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive locking plate fixation in the treatment of middle and distal tibiofibula fracture.Methods:60 patients with middle and distal tibiofibula fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail treatment.The observation group was given minimally invasive locking plate fixation treatment.The treatment effects were compared between groups.Results:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive locking plate fixation in the treatment of middle and distal tibiofibula fracture have their own advantages,but the minimally invasive locking plate fixation treatment advantage is more obvious.
