影响社区获得性肺炎患者hs-CRP恢复正常的因素

Factors influencing the recovery of hs-CRP in patients with community acquired pneumonia

目的:分析影响社区获得性肺炎患者超敏C反应蛋白恢复正常的因素。方法:检测54例社区获得性肺炎患者入院第2天、治疗5~7 d后的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、超敏C反应蛋白、影像学资料。并依超敏C反应蛋白恢复情况将患者分为A组(恢复正常组)及B组(未恢复正常组),分析两组间性别、年龄、体重指数的差异。结果:两组在年龄、性别上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但B组体重指数高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:除了慢性疾病外,体重指数亦是影响患者hs-CRP恢复正常的因素之一。

Objective:To analyze the factors influencing the recovery of high sensitivity C reactive protein in patients with community acquired pneumonia.Methods:The white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,high sensitivity C reactive protein,imaging data of 54 patients with community acquired pneumonia were detected at second days after admission,5 to 7 days after treatment.The high sensitivity C reactive protein was divided into the A group(the recovery normal group) and the B group(the no recovery normal group).The differences of sex,age and body mass index between groups were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the age and gender between groups(P>0.05).The body mass index of the B group was higher than that of the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In addition to chronic disease,the body mass index is one of the factors that influence the recovery of hs-CRP.
