老老年冠脉病变经皮介入治疗前后左心功能的变化研究

Changes of left ventricular function before and after percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients with coronary artery disease

目的:探讨老老年冠脉病变经皮介入治疗前后左心功能变化。方法:收治经皮冠脉介入治疗老老年慢性冠心病患者57例,根据SYNTAX积分分为低分组和高分组。结果:低分组m MPG、LVDd、LVDd、LVEF、FS在术后3个月显著改善(P<0.05),高分组m MPG、LVDd、LVDd、LVEF、FS在术后6个月显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:经皮冠脉介入治疗可明显改善老老年冠心病患者左心功能。

Objective:To investigate the changes of left ventricular function before and after percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:57 patients with chronic coronary heart disease(CHD) who were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) were selected.According to the SYNTAX score,they were divided into the low score group and the high score group.Results:The mMPG,LVDd,LVDd,LVEF,FS of the low score group were improved significantly in 3 months after operation(P<0.05);the mMPG,LVDd,LVDd,LVEF,FS of the high score group were improved significantly in 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous coronary intervention can improve left ventricular function significantly in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
