和营通气片治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical study of Heying Tongqi tablet in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis

目的:评价和营通气片治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效、适应性、安全性和使用注意事项。方法:收治颈椎病(神经根型)患者210例,随机分为治疗组119例和对照组91例。治疗组给予和营通气片加牵引治疗,对照组给予布洛芬片加牵引治疗。分别治疗1个疗程,随访6个月判定疗效。比较两组患者的症状及疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率89.9%,无一例有明显不良反应;对照组总有效率83%,肠胃不适2例,恶心1例,头晕1例。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。6个月回访,治疗组复发率22.5%,对照组41.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:和营通气片治疗神经根型颈椎病与布洛芬差异无统计学意义,但不良反应小,复发率低,是一种治疗神经根型颈椎病较好的药物。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect,adaptability,safety and precautions of Heying Tongqi tablet in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:210 patients with cervical spondylosis(nerve root type) were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 119 cases and the control group with 91 cases.The treatment group was treated with the combination of Heying Tongqi tablet and traction.The control group was treated with ibuprofen tablet and traction.They were treated for 1 treatment course,and the curative effect was judged after followed up for 6 months.The symptoms and curative effect of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.9%,and there was no 1 case of significant adverse reaction.The total effective rate of the control group was 83% ,gastrointestinal discomfort in 2 cases,nausea in 1 case,dizziness in 1 case,and there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 22.5%,and the control group was 41.5%; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Heying Tongqi tablet in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis has no significant difference with ibuprofen tablet,but the adverse reaction is less,and the adverse reaction is less,so it is a good medicine for treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
