舒肝颗粒辅助治疗女性黄褐斑伴月经不调的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of Shu Gan granule in adjuvant treatment of female chloasma with irregular menstruation

目的:探讨舒肝颗粒辅助治疗女性黄褐斑伴月经不调的效果。方法:收治黄褐斑伴月经不调患者80例,分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予维生素C、E治疗,观察组在此基础上联合舒肝颗粒辅助治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝颗粒辅助治疗女性黄褐斑伴月经不调疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Shu Gan granule in adjuvant treatment of female chloasma with irregular menstruation.Methods:80 cases of chloasma with irregular menstruation were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given vitamin C and E treatment,while in the observation group were combined with ShuGan granule adjuvant therapy based on the treatment taken in the control group.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ShuGan granule adjuvant therapy on the female melasma with menstruation has curative effect,and also safe and reliable.
