血浆脑利钠肽在慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床诊断价值

Clinical diagnostic value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨血浆脑利钠肽在慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床诊断价值。方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者200例,均检测血浆脑利钠肽水平。结果:两组左室舒张末期内径(LVD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)和BNP含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LVD和BNP与心功能级别呈正相关,而LVEF与心功能级别呈负相关。结论:血浆脑利钠肽是诊断慢性心力衰竭的重要依据,而且其水平越高,心功能级别越高。

Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:200 patients with chronic heart failure were selected.We detected the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide.Results:Left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and BNP content of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).LVD and BNP were positively correlated with cardiac function level,and LVEF was negatively correlated with cardiac function grade.Conclusion:Plasma brain natriuretic peptide was an important basis for the diagnosis of chronic heart failure.Its level was higher,the higher the level of cardiac function.
